You provide hands-on technical support for end-users in an on-site capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user technical issues and incidents.
• Manage device enrollment and policies via Microsoft Intune.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments.
• Apply basic Azure and cloud concepts to support tasks.
• Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Hands-on IT support experience.
• Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Basic Azure and cloud knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Certification.
• Networking Certification (Network+, CCNA).
