Description

You will provide hands-on technical support for infrastructure, desktops, and network connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage support calls using enterprise ticketing systems, ensuring frequent updates and escalating aging tickets.
• Support teams during the planning and execution phases of network migrations.
• Image workstations using standard corporate images and provide secondary onsite support and knowledge transfer to the centralized helpdesk.
• Provide direct telephone and mobile support, covering voicemail administration and equipment deployment or replacement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or network support.
• Experience utilizing ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• General network knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Proficiency in desktop support functions.
• Experience providing hands-on support for infrastructure-supported devices.
• Ability to assist with wireless access points and VPN connectivity.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
