Description

Provide technical support and white-glove service within a Microsoft-centric environment in Houston, MN.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incoming support requests using Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Deploy configurations, patches, and updates to devices via Intune.
• Provide high-touch technical assistance to executive leadership.
• Operate independently to resolve urgent technical escalations without constant supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency with Jira Service Management for ticketing and workflow tracking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within a Microsoft ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows OS environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage urgent escalations.
• Experience providing high-level customer service to executive users.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing macOS devices within a Microsoft-managed environment.
• Knowledge of Intune for device management.
