Description

You will provide hands-on end-user computing and network support for office locations and offshore rigs in the Gulf of Mexico.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware maintenance, software installs, and IMACT for PCs, mobile devices, and printers.
• Troubleshoot end-user environment issues including drive mappings, permissions, and printer queues.
• Implement and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, managing cable infrastructure, rack management, and power/cooling optimization.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols to ensure network connectivity.
• Set up and maintain AV hardware including projectors, TVs, speakers, and cameras.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Hands-on experience with OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLAN, and STP.
• Proficiency in managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, and wireless (WiFi) deployment.
• Ability to provide onsite desktop services and remote support using LogMeIn.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and tracking.
• Valid HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) certification for offshore rig access.
• Ability to travel to offshore locations in the Gulf of Mexico.
• Availability for on-call duties.
