Description

You implement and support MFP software applications while maintaining core Microsoft infrastructure. You resolve network connectivity issues and manage remote access solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support MFP software applications across the organization.
• Configure and maintain Windows Server, SharePoint, Office365, and Group Policy environments.
• Troubleshoot WAN/LAN connectivity, router configurations, and firewall security settings.
• Execute print driver setup and enforce printing best practices.
• Implement and support remote access solutions including VPN, Terminal Services, or Citrix.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of IT field experience or work-related background.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Office365 administration.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Group Policy configuration.
• Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN networking, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience with Citrix, Terminal Services, or VPN implementation.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
