Description

You will provide onsite technical support and infrastructure maintenance for the Office of the Governor and Administration in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support daily IT operations, including workstations, data networks, and voice networks.
• Manage server file management, vendor wireless hardware, and network printers across multiple locations.
• Oversee incidents, service requests, and account administration to ensure system uptime.
• Support agency-owned hardware and software for the Administration Cabinet and staff.
• Execute technology projects involving phones, laptops, and light networking tasks.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in troubleshooting complex technical problems.
• 5 years of experience in customer service and professional communication.
• 5 years of experience with iPhone support.
• 5 years of experience in networking fundamentals.
• 4 years of experience in managing databases and networks.
• 4 years of experience in organizational management.
• 3 years of experience in Mac support.
• Any Graduate degree.
