Description

You will provide technical support and maintain daily IT operations for the Office of the Governor and Administration in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical infrastructure including workstations, data networks, voice networks, and server file management.
  • Manage hardware and software for the Administration Cabinet, Office of the Governor, and Lieutenant Governor.
  • Oversee incidents, service requests, and account administration.
  • Maintain vendor wireless hardware components and network printers across multiple locations.
  • Execute technology projects involving phones, laptops, and light networking.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and strong communication.
  • 5+ years of experience in iPhone support and networking fundamentals.
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting complex technical problems.
  • 4+ years of experience managing databases and networks.
  • 4+ years of experience in organizational tasks.
  • 3+ years of experience in Mac support.
  • Ability to work onsite in downtown Richmond, VA, daily from 9:30am to 6:00pm.
  • Must maintain a professional dress code.
