Description

You will act as the primary contact for resolving day-to-day IT issues and ensuring a smooth user experience for employees in Karlsruhe.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support to resolve technical issues for employees.
• Select, implement, and roll out equipment for both office and home-office usage.
• Establish department policies, guidelines, and user support standards.
• Guide and train employees on equipment usage and maintain user documentation.
• Manage and maintain the inventory of all IT equipment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Help Desk Support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware.
• Experience managing and supporting various Operating Systems.
• Proven ability in providing Technical Support.
• Any Graduate degree.
