Description

You provide first and second-level technical support to ensure smooth operations for employees in Karlsruhe.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day IT issues for employees as the primary support contact.
• Select, implement, and roll out equipment for office and home-office environments.
• Establish department policies, guidelines, and user support standards.
• Guide and train employees on equipment usage and maintain user documentation.
• Manage and maintain the inventory of all IT equipment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Help Desk Support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware.
• Experience managing and supporting various Operating Systems.
• Proven ability in providing Technical Support.
• Any Graduate degree.
