Description

You manage 1st and 2nd level technical support and on-premise IT infrastructure in Karlsruhe.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve 1st and 2nd level support cases for hardware and software issues.
• Manage office equipment installations, including work desks and meeting room technology.
• Diagnose and repair computer systems, printers, and peripheral hardware.
• Provision and roll out internal devices like laptops and workstations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support within heterogeneous environments.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MacOS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with contemporary user applications and hardware technologies.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in German.
