Description

You will provide technical support for corporate IT infrastructure, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy software images using SCCM and Active Directory across Windows 7/10/11 environments.
• Troubleshoot core applications, including Microsoft Office suites and imaging software.
• Resolve technical issues within defined SLAs, prioritizing tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
• Provide basic server and network support, diagnosing connectivity and service availability issues.
• Support Android mobile device incorporation and management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of corporate tech support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SCCM for system center configuration manager tasks.
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory users and groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Android mobile device management.
• Basic understanding of server and network protocols.
