What's the Job?

• Implement and support MFP software applications.
• Support and understand Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, SharePoint, Office365, Group Policy.
• Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Execute print driver setup and best practices.
• Oversee remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, or Citrix.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree / Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 2-4 Years in the IT field or work-related experience.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record is a must.
• Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills is a must for this position
