Description

You will manage core IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance for the Los Angeles office and global remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, in-person, and helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and high-touch executive devices.
• Administer Microsoft Server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Exchange.
• Build and deploy physical desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual machines.
• Provide remote hands support for enterprise hardware such as servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Support audio/visual conferencing equipment and assist with office moves, adds, and changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (2016/2019/2021/365).
• Experience with Vmware, including VSphere and VMView.
• Technical knowledge of Windows, Adobe, and Webex.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex telecommunications and hardware environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
• Availability for on-call duties and extended hours as required.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSE, or Cisco CCNA.
• Experience with Cisco telecommunication systems and networking.
