Description

You will provide technical support and hardware maintenance for a distributed workforce.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals for employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android environments in-office and remotely.
• Provide Level 1 network support for connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPNs, routers, and switches.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access through GSuite and identity management systems.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and assist in planning computer upgrades.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT support experience in an enterprise-level role.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Proficiency with SCCM, PXE, and JAMF for desktop provisioning.
• Experience with GSuite and identity management systems.
• Experience using endpoint management software platforms.
• Ability to perform hardware installation, replacement, and routine maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Availability to work business hours, with occasional evenings or weekends as operational needs vary.
