Description

You will provide deskside IT support and manage client technology issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot client workstations and mobile devices.
• Utilize the BLK ticket management system to record, update, and resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Collaborate with global support groups to troubleshoot client issues.
• Write technical support and client documentation, including Knowledgebase articles.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in IT support.
• Windows Support experience.
• Mac Support experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience utilizing ticket management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software across client devices.
• Bachelor's degree required.
