Description

You provide on-site technical support across multiple control center facilities as part of a 24/7 team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, update, and maintain computer hardware and software on client-supported equipment.
• Troubleshoot and deploy Microsoft Windows and Apple OS devices.
• Perform system administration tasks and provide computer-related services to users.
• Conduct hardware and software technical reviews and evaluations.
• Coordinate project requirements across various departments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows (XP/7/8/10) and Apple Operating Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2016, Exchange, and Outlook 2016.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Symbol handheld devices, printers, and digital senders.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking devices and Ethernet cabling.
• Familiarity with networking protocols including TCP/IP and multicast.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Oracle client-based applications.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux, Oracle Solaris, and VMware environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unix and Linux systems.
• Proficiency with Visio, CAD, and technical drawing.
