Description

You will own the deployment and migration of large-scale tablet fleets while providing on-site support across New York City.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale tablet migrations and deployments.
• Travel across the five boroughs to provide direct on-site technical support.
• Manage mobile device configurations and system administration tasks.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Manage user and device identities in Azure Active Directory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with mobile and tablet deployments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
