Description

You will provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and security across multiple operating systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS users via help desk or in-person support.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across all supported platforms.
• Configure, set up, and maintain IT hardware and software tailored to specific OS environments.
• Implement security protocols, manage system patches, and educate staff on security best practices.
• Document configurations and develop user guides for common IT issues while participating in system upgrades and technology transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS-focused environment.
• Proficiency supporting macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS platforms.
• Experience managing SaaS tools including Rippling, G Suite, Slack, and Tailscale.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking and hardware issues across diverse operating systems.
• Knowledge of managing user permissions and access rights.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
