Description

You will provide Level 1 support for data center and service desk operations in Penang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and end-user requests.
• Monitor data center operations to maintain service performance.
• Resolve service desk tickets and perform technical troubleshooting.
• Handle critical situations and contribute to IT process improvements.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and MS Office suites.
• Understanding of computer hardware and networking systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Fast keyboarding skills.
• Ability to work any assigned shift.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Certifications such as MCP, CompTIA, or A+.
