Manage server network environments, ensuring optimal reliability and security while resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, storage environments, and network operating systems.
• Resolve user technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal network reliability.
• Coordinate with technical managers and system/network administrators to maintain network security.
• Ensure data integrity and interoperability between systems and applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer technical assistance and support tasks.
• Experience managing server network environments and architecture.
• Knowledge of operating systems and storage environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot network operating systems.
• Focus on maintaining optimal network reliability and security.
• Experience managing data integrity across systems.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
