Description

You will provide technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based services across headquarters and remote locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software according to company standards.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including user accounts and group policies.
• Support cloud services within Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all supported systems, workflows, and cybersecurity incident responses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or hardware/software maintenance.
• Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and imaging tools.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administration of Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
• Support for Android and iOS mobile devices.
• Experience with SharePoint configuration and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network peripherals.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and install computing equipment such as monitors and printers.
• Any Graduate degree or Associate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with networking fundamentals and virtualization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity incident handling.
