Description

You will provide technical support and system analysis for a global Parts Pricing application and its integrated legacy systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for the Parts Pricing application and related systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for business users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and the Run-Time Team to design and implement system improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of professional experience in technical support and system analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong experience in data analysis and data migration.
• Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
• Experience with system integration and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
