Description
You will serve as the front line of technical support, managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate resources.
Responsibilities
- Handle T1 escalations and T2 tickets to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Escalate T3 tickets to the appropriate teams as necessary.
- Communicate recurring technical issues and trends to your direct supervisor.
- Provide technical assistance to non-technical clients using clear communication.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
- Help Desk Support experience.
- IT Hardware Support and troubleshooting skills.
- Information Technology fundamentals.
- Strong Customer Service and communication abilities.
- System Administration knowledge.
- Experience with Nucleus, POD, and Hygiene protocols.
- Any Graduate degree.
