Description

You install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and manufacturing systems across Windows and macOS platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure PCs, Macs, peripherals, and network hardware with wired and wireless connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues in production environments.
• Administer mobile devices (iOS/Android) and support MDM platforms.
• Document troubleshooting steps, update knowledge bases, and manage service desk tickets accurately.
• Lead IT projects, conduct root cause analysis, and train end users on best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience supporting hardware, software, and end-user environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS platforms.
• Strong experience with Active Directory and enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) tools and mobile OS platforms.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing computer systems.
• Proven experience leading small teams or cross-functional projects.
