Description

Provide on-site technical support and hardware maintenance in Tornio.

Responsibilities

• Resolve first and second level customer technical issues and maintain detailed ticket updates.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber.
• Perform hardware repairs and preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware or software.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to remediate complex audio/visual issues.

Required Skills

• Experience supporting Windows XP, 7, 8.1, and 10.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010 and Cisco Jabber.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Foundational understanding of networks, servers, audio/visual systems, smart devices, and telecoms.
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity using diagnostic tools.
• Basic knowledge of Mac operating systems for Apple user support.
• Minimum B1 level proficiency in the local language.
• Valid work permit documentation for Finland.
