Description

Provide end-user support for system and application issues via phone or onsite to maintain daily operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software on PCs.
• Support daily operations of application systems.
• Communicate with users and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop basic training materials and assist users with system usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Help Desk operations.
• Knowledge of application support, system/network administration, or IT operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software effectively.
• Basic understanding of information security and privacy practices.
• Strong communication and user support skills.

• Experience in system/network administration.
