Description

You will provide first- or second-level technical support for end-user hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues by serving as first- or second-level contact.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues.
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office environments.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on computer hardware, laptops, and peripherals.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency with Windows Os, Mac Os, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software using diagnostic tools.
  • Fluent English and local language (at least B2).
  • Experience working in a project-based and team environment.
