Description

You provide first- or second-level technical support for end-user hardware and software issues in Vevey.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues as the primary point of contact for IT incidents.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to remediate complex audio-visual issues.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office environments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on computer hardware and peripherals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber.
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware using diagnostic tools.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency (at least B2).
• Experience working in a project-based and team environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
