Description

You will provide technical support and maintain the integrity of company computer systems, hardware, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system crash issues.
• Install and maintain computer systems and applications for employees.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Manage the security and backup of all company data and information.
• Monitor network infrastructure and conduct regular hardware and software audits.
• Train employees on the proper use of technology and software systems.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Experience with MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good at communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
