Description

Maintain computer systems, hardware, and network infrastructure while providing technical support to users.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system crash issues.
• Install and maintain computer systems and applications for employees.
• Manage security and backup of company data and information.
• Monitor network infrastructure and conduct regular hardware and software audits.
• Train employees on proper use of technology and software systems.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Experience with MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
