Description

Provide technical support and device maintenance across multiple school locations in Baltimore County.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support hardware including computers, tablets, projectors, and document cameras.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for students, teachers, and staff.
• Perform diagnostic repair procedures and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Execute network support and troubleshooting duties.
• Provide technical training to users and document activities in the work order system.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining device software.
• Proficiency with Windows and Apple hardware and software platforms.
• Associate Degree in a related technology area or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Ability to perform technical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for travel between locations.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• HP Certification or other hardware vendor-specific certifications.
