You provide technical support and hardware maintenance for students, staff, and vendors in Baltimore, MD.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and support hardware including computers, tablets, projectors, and document cameras.
• Perform diagnostic repairs and coordinate laptop maintenance for students and teachers.
• Configure operating systems, software packages, and troubleshoot network issues.
• Provide technical consultation and training to users on equipment and software operation.
• Document all activities in the work order system and update internal technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting device software.
• Proficiency with Windows and Apple hardware and software platforms.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• HP Certification.
• Ability to perform technical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience performing routine diagnostics and maintenance across multiple operating systems.
• Associates Degree in a related technology area or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
