Description

You will build, configure, and maintain laptops and PCs within a multi-site Windows environment while ensuring seamless interoperability with diverse server systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain hardware assets, optimizing their performance and security.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues, follow up to ensure resolution, and coordinate with vendor support contacts.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and recordkeeping systems.
• Provide training and assistance to personnel on computer platforms and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Windows Server 2012-2019 Active Directory LAN/WAN environment.
• Strong ability to analyze, research, and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience interacting with multi-layered client-server environments including file, email, and application servers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• ASCP certification.
