Description

Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and conference room equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and networking issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, replace, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Manage hardware and software inventory and log all activities within the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with technical liaisons to resolve escalated issues and provide user training.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of computer upgrades and expansions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Mac OS and Windows 10.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio.
• Experience with Active Directory, including group access and password resets.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and provisioning tools such as SCCM, PXE, and JAMF.
• Ability to work business hours with flexibility for scheduled changes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an enterprise-level technical support role.
• Experience providing Executive Support or working at a walk-up bar.
