Description

You will provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and conference room equipment in Chicago, IL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, replace, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and printers.
• Manage software installations and conduct routine maintenance on all computer-related equipment.
• Log all activities and technical issues within the ticketing system for tracking and escalation.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of computer hardware and software.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Extensive knowledge of macOS and Windows 10.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio.
• Experience with Active Directory, including group access and password resets.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, PXE, and JAMF.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an enterprise-level technical support role.
• Experience with Executive Support or walk-up bar environments.
