You will manage core IT infrastructure and provide technical support for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer user and group objects within Active Directory.
• Manage service requests and incidents using ServiceNow.
• Utilize Microsoft SCCM for endpoint management and software deployment.
• Share technical knowledge and expertise with the team to improve support processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven experience administering Active Directory objects.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM for endpoint management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
