Description

You will implement and support Microsoft Intune across multiple healthcare facilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Microsoft Intune across various clinic locations.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance policy setup, and application deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to device management, user access, and system connectivity.
• Coordinate with local IT staff and end-users during rollout phases.
• Maintain documentation of all implementation steps and device configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms.
• Proficiency administering Windows 10/11, Azure AD, and O365.
• Ability and willingness to travel across NJ, NY, and PA for several months.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting multi-site IT environments.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
