Description

You will manage IT infrastructure across offshore platforms, onshore drilling sites, and corporate offices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure at offshore and onshore locations.
• Troubleshoot satellite communications (VSAT), rig-based wireless networks, and IT/OT convergence systems.
• Execute rig-up and rig-down of IT equipment during mobilizations and demobilizations.
• Support drilling software including Well View, Rig Sense, Paso, and Landmark.
• Maintain rig IT documentation, network diagrams, inventory, and incident logs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Mac environments.
• Proficiency in ticket management and ticketing systems.
• Experience providing VIP and Executive support.
• Technical knowledge of VSAT and wireless networking.
• Ability to support specialized drilling software.
• Experience with IT/OT convergence systems.
