Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Escalation Handling: Resolve complex Windows, Mac, software, printer and network connectivity issues escalated from Level 1.
• Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose underlying technical problems and maintain accurate ticket documentation through closure.
• Deployment & Support: Install, configure, deploy and maintain computer systems, peripherals and software applications.
• Team Enablement: Train and mentor Level 1 service desk staff and author technical knowledge base documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Associate degree in an IT-related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
