Description

You will provide direct IT service delivery and technical support for client assets across campus and remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT service delivery including IMAC, break-fix, and deskside support following established policy and procedure guides.
• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments on client assets.
• Coordinate with end users to manage service expectations and availability.
• Identify and address potential issues impacting the end-user experience.
• Escalate site-wide or critical end-user issues to the Desktop Support Site Lead.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Proven ability to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction goals.
• Hands-on experience with hardware repair and system upgrades.
• Experience managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) workflows.
• Ability to provide deskside support in person.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
