Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations, laptops, and virtual environments
- 3-5 years of experience providing technical support in the financial industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Will consider 5-7 years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to interface with all levels of production and management Team
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems
- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Windows 11, Outlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint, client end support
- System build, deployment, and maintenance
- Strong familiarity with desktop security products
- Firm understanding of Active Directory Administration
- Deep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops and Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads
- Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune
- Experience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)
- Functional knowledge of one or more IT infrastructure fundamentals (e.g. basic networking skills, server, identity and access)
- Relevant Microsoft Windows certifications are desired but not required
