Description

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations, laptops, and virtual environments
  • 3-5 years of experience providing technical support in the financial industry a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Will consider 5-7 years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to interface with all levels of production and management Team
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Windows 11, Outlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint, client end support
  • System build, deployment, and maintenance
  • Strong familiarity with desktop security products
  • Firm understanding of Active Directory Administration
  • Deep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops and Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Management
  • Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune
  • Experience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)
  • Functional knowledge of one or more IT infrastructure fundamentals (e.g. basic networking skills, server, identity and access)
  • Relevant Microsoft Windows certifications are desired but not required
