Description

You provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices in Santa Clara, CA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and basic software issues for workstations.
• Set up, configure, and maintain workstations and equipment.
• Support mobile devices including iPhones, Android devices, and iPads.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Manage and organize IT hardware inventory and printer supplies.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of mobile device support (iOS and Android).
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing IT hardware inventory and supplies.
