Description

You will provide onsite and remote technical support to ensure maximum laptop uptime and hardware availability for office employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop support for in-office walk-ups and remote users.
• Troubleshoot hardware repairs, software installations, and Windows-based issues.
• Manage ticket lifecycles and update asset management systems through resolution.
• Maintain onsite infrastructure including printers, access points, conference room technology, and MDF closets.
• Assist with in-office events, client meetings, and software deployment testing.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in field service support or end-user services.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Experience managing SharePoint environments.
• Hands-on experience with printers, copiers, faxes, and video conferencing technology.
• Working knowledge of Remedy or ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android) for mail and calendar functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot laptop hardware and multimedia equipment.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
