You will manage IT support operations for supply and delivery technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build Windows 10 laptops from images and manage hardware deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues involving Outlook, Teams, and in-house applications.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Resolve issues related to VDI infrastructure.
• Lead technical projects involving internal teams, business users, and external suppliers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT experience.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 imaging and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident resolution.
• Technical understanding of VDI infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Experience using asset management tools.
• Ability to interpret complex business and IT requirements.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage project expenditure.
• Strong written and presentation skills for management-level communication.
