Description

You will manage security controls and support IT security operations to protect business systems and data. You will maintain system and data integrity through security controls, risk management, and resilience strategies. You will mentor associates and interns by providing technical guidance on security tasks and projects. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to develop security procedures and enhance security posture. You will support threat operations programs, including policy enforcement and cybersecurity awareness initiatives. You will communicate technical security concepts to all personnel across the organization.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT System Administration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT security operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level security practices.
• Experience with risk management and security controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
• Security+ or other related information security certifications.
