Description

You will manage security controls and support IT security operations to protect business systems and data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system and data integrity through security controls, risk management, and resilience strategies.
• Mentor associates and interns by providing technical guidance on security tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop security procedures and enhance security posture.
• Support threat operations programs, including policy enforcement and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Communicate technical security concepts to all personnel across the organization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT System Administration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT security operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level security practices.
• Experience with risk management and security controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
• Security+ or other related information security certifications.
