Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and security systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all supported systems and devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.
• Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Office 365 and Azure.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
