Description

You will manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and security systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users.
• Implement security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience managing virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, and cloud computing concepts.
• Knowledge of VPN and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems across Windows and Linux platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
