Description

You will own daily IT operational activities across multiple technology domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day IT system administration tasks and server support.
• Provide desktop and end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, access, and permissions.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
• Perform routine maintenance and support data center operations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years' experience in a data center environment or equivalent technology background.
• 3+ years' experience with Data Center/Raised Floor/Critical Facility space and support teams.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL-based workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with scripting for automation tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sphere management tools.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant technical field.
