Description

You will manage the lifecycle of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors applications, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP HCM operations, including payroll processing, Support Pack upgrades, and yearly upgrade activities.
• Design analytical reports and interactive Power BI dashboards to translate data into actionable business intelligence.
• Execute full implementation project lifecycles following ITIL change management, covering requirements, configuration, and testing.
• Develop technical specifications, configuration documents, and business process maps for HR systems.
• Lead system roll-outs and business process re-engineering to align workflows with industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT systems analysis or related roles.
• Expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors application maintenance and configuration.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong background in system configuration and data mapping.
• Experience with ITIL change management methodologies.
• Ability to conduct business analysis and define technical specifications.
• Proven track record in managing data quality, accuracy checks, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting end-user training and creating technical manuals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
